Denim with the bottoms shredded/ torn up hems are popping up in stores everywhere. I was recently looking for a pair of torn up jeans or boyfriend jeans at American Eagle and when I went to grab my size and unfold the jeans I noticed that the hem at the bottom was completely shredded and at a weird angle. I was not about to buy something that I could easily create from a pair of skinny jeans that I already own. To me, this style is a more casual look than something dressy. I’m not in love with the trend but I think it would be a cute look with ankle boots or flats to be able to show off the design at the bottom.
